Friday finds

This weekend is the last before I begin the Whole30. I’ve got a lot planned — barbecues, hiking, dinner parties, dancing — so, needless to say, I’ll be indulging quite a bit before starting my rigorously clean eating. I highly doubt, though, that anything will please me more than the fact that I snuck in one last vegan chocolate mint cookie from Arizmendi. ūüėČ

While I’m doing Whole30, I’ll also be participating in The Quantified Diet. Check it out if you’re interested in contributing to both your personal health and ~science~.¬†(Lift)
