I’ve been into lime. Like, really diggin’ it. I used the lil’ citrus liberally in the Peruvian chicken of yore, but I wasn’t done with it… especially not once I read about cauliflower à la Mary Celeste.
The sound of a lime, fish sauce, sesame oil and cilantro dressing might sound a bit strange, but it works. It more than works — it sings! Tangy, zippy, deliciously addictive, it elevates a pan of roasted cauliflower to great heights indeed. You don’t have to take my word for it; Chocolate and Zucchini‘s as reputable a source it gets. Have faith, mix up some magic sauce, pour over veggies and devour.
